    Step 1: Create An Account.

  • Indicate whether you are a private landlord or a property manager or management company. This will provide you with helpful information that pertains to your particular needs.
  • Click on the animated ‘click here to create your account' graphic to start entering your account information. Please fill out the form and click “submit” to activate your account.

  • Step 2: Log In.

  • Click on the animated ‘click here to create your account' graphic to login to the system and start adding your first listing. If you would like to add a listing at a later date, simply navigate to the website of your choice and click ‘member login'.
  • Enter your username and password and click ‘OK'. If you have forgotten your password simply click ‘forgot' and the system will email you automatically with your username and password.
  • A menu will appear on the left and a help page on the right. Please read this help page as it describes in detail how to use our menu and place your listing.

    Step 3: Place Your Listing.

  • Once you are logged in, click ‘add' on the menu to start listing your rental property.
  • You will be presented with a list of property types. Please select the type that best describes your rental property.
  • The required information is indicated in red and there are help buttons throughout the form which will aid you if you aren't sure what to do.
  • Don’t forget to add pictures and additional descriptive information to help showcase your rental property.
  • When you have filled out the form and chosen the time you wish to list for, click ‘submit' at the bottom of the page. Your listing has now been added. You will now be forwarded to e-commerce.

  • Note: To view the listing click ‘view' on the tool bar on the left. To make any changes click ‘modify' on the tool bar on the left.
